Writings and Ramblings

I signed over Power of Attorney for my teenager to my mother. I wrote my first Will and Testament too. Things you don’t usually think about but become important, especially when a child is involved. I’ll do my best not to die in Alaska of course but I need the precautions in place to feel at peace knowing there are people who will take care of Sterling if something happens to me.
There was a space to record my Final Wishes. I decided to mark out what I would like done with my remains. I would like to be cremated and have my ashes thrown off the edge of a canyon. So that I can experience, in a way, what it feels like to soar the thermals like some great Raven. I certainly do not want to sit on some shelf or be trapped underground, I would like to experience the freedom of the wind in my feathers at last.
Belted Kingfisher: She sat on the fishing pier in front of my apartment. Heard before seen. She searched the depths for sustenance.
