Finley Baker (they/them she/her) is an artist-researcher working in a variety of media that includes installation, sculpture, time-based media and printmaking. Their current research and work is rooted in love for the lands they call home. They are working to understand the human and geologic truths of the lands of the “American West”, through an ecologically motivated ethic influenced by their rural queer identity.

Finley recieved their BFA with a concentration in Sculpture and Printmaking from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Finley has exhibited their work both nationally and internationally, has participated in a wide range of portfolio exchanges and has also been published in multiple zines.
